See where your body’s been carrying stress - and the pattern that’s keeping it there.
Your body isn’t working against you - it’s protecting you.
It holds onto stress until it feels safe to let it go.
In this 20-minute session, we use biofeedback to pinpoint the exact stress pattern your body is ready to release now - and how that pattern connects to your energy, sleep, and overthinking.
You’ll walk away with one clear insight you’ve never been told before, and the next step that will actually help.
If you’ve been feeling:
tired but can’t switch off
“not yourself” lately
always alert, even when nothing’s wrong
This session will show you why.
These patterns don’t disappear on their own - but they do shift once you see what’s driving them.

“I couldn’t believe how much came up in just 20 minutes! It felt like my body was speaking clearly for the first time.”
— Kylie, Melbourne
“It made so much sense. This showed what my body had been trying to tell me. It was grounding, not heavy.”
— Tania, Brisbane
Using biofeedback, we saw that this client’s system showed stress patterns in the sleep–wake circuits, the same pathways that tell the body it’s safe to power down.
Her body wasn’t confused; it was on guard.
Stress signals in the circadian rhythm network were still scanning for threat, keeping the system alert long after the day had ended.
Low-level inflammatory responses were keeping her cells in quiet alert.
Even her digestive feedback showed the body scanning for “threats” overnight. A classic tired but wired pattern where the body can’t fully surrender to rest.
This client’s biofeedback results revealed overactive stress–defence circuits which had turned her protection inward.
Her system was showing “self-attack” signatures. Which for her showed as perfectionism and relentless self-critique.
Detox and sensory-processing pathways were overloaded, making it hard to feel calm or clear.
The nervous system was simply moving too fast for the body to ground, an intelligent response that had outlived its purpose.
Biofeedback mapping showed that this client had become an expert at looking composed. Strong enough to carry everyone else, but unable to rest.
Feedback from adrenal–heart points showed chronic over-extension.
Communication lines between the chest, diaphragm, and fascia read as a “holding pattern,” literal bracing instead of ease.
Showing up as tight shoulders, shallow breathing and feeling like even resting took effort. The body was holding everything up long after the mind said it’s safe to stop.
The body wasn’t broken, it was overextended, waiting for permission to exhale.
See exactly where your body holds stress and what it’s been trying to communicate.
Understand how your nervous system reacts under pressure, and why those same patterns keep looping.
Walk away with insight and direction. Knowing what your system needs to begin unwinding safely.
